THE LIVE AUCTION
The silent and live auctions only happen in person! Once you check in, you'll be given your bid card. Don't lose it! – you'll need it later on in the evening to bid on exclusive items like trips, excursions, class art projects, and more!
WHAT TO WEAR
Cocktail attire or feel free to embrace the Venetian Masquerade theme! Flowing gowns adorned with lace and embroidery, or suits, and embroidered jackets. And of course, ornate masks—adorned with feathers or shimmering embellishments—are your key to embracing the mystique of the night.

Free parking hosted by Charles Wright Academy is available at the venue!
DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO ATTEND?
Yes, you need to purchase tickets to attend the in-person event, and registration is required to mobile bid on the online auction. We recommend pre-registering so bidding on auction items and donating to the Fund-A-Need is a snap.
WHAT ARE PARTY DASHES?
A CWA signature offering, spots are sold individually at the auction to these parties hosted by families, faculty, staff, and alumni as a way to bring our community together in fun and unique ways. Party dash sign-ups will be offered first at the in-person event and any remaining spots will be available on March 23 via the online auction site. Past parties include gingerbread house decorating, art workshops, cooking classes, sing-a-longs, and more.
WHAT IS A DESSERT DASH?
As guests get seated for the dinner portion of the night, you and your table mates will write down your shared bids for the Dessert Dash. After dinner and the Live Auction portion concludes, the table with the highest cumulative bid will be invited to have first-pick from our dessert table! After the highest bidding table saunters back to their table with the most sought after dessert, a group of the next top bidders will have to get ready to dash for their dessert! Our auctioneer will call groups in order of high to low table bids until all tables have gotten their desserts. So if you don't want to get stuck with slim pickin's, bid big from the start!
