THE IN-PERSON AUCTION EVENT

The silent, almost live, and live auctions only happen in-person! Once you check in, you'll be given your program and bid card. You'll need it later on in the evening to bid on exclusive items like trips, excursions, class art projects, and more!

DRESS CODE: TOTALLY 80's!

Picture yourself stepping out of a DeLorean surrounded by 80's neon lights. Whether you’re channeling bold shoulder pads, 80’s music video glam, or Marty McFly’s laid-back look, your outfit is the ultimate time machine!

THE VENUE: LEMAY AMERICA'S CAR MUSEUM in TACOMA, WA

Free parking hosted by Charles Wright Academy is available at the venue!

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO ATTEND?

Yes, you need to purchase tickets to attend the in-person event, and registration is required to mobile bid on the online auction. We recommend pre-registering so bidding on auction items and donating to the Fund-A-Need goes smoothly. 

WHAT ARE PARTY DASHES?

A CWA signature offering, spots are sold individually at the auction to these parties hosted by families, faculty, staff, and alumni as a way to bring our community together in fun and unique ways. Party dash sign-ups will be offered first at the in-person event and any remaining spots will be available on March 23 via the online auction site.

WHAT IS A DESSERT DASH?

As guests get seated for the dinner portion of the night, you and your table mates will write down your shared bids for the Dessert Dash. After dinner and half-way through the Live Auction, the table with the highest cumulative bid will be invited to have first-pick from our dessert table! Our auctioneer will call groups in order of high to low table bids until all tables have gotten their desserts. So if you don't want to get stuck with slim pickin's, bid big from the start!
