WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR FACULTY & STAFF TO GO?

Faculty and staff who volunteer will be provided a complimentary ticket to the auction this year. As a representative of the school, we are looking forward to you sitting at a table with parents and other guests so you can guide the conversation, greeting guests when they arrive, selling raffle tickets, and more. If you have questions or would like to volunteer for a specific role, please email auction@charleswright.org for more information.

CAN I VOLUNTEER FOR THE AUCTION?

Yes! Volunteering is a great way to help the school and attend the auction at no monetary cost to you. We are looking for volunteers to help with event set up on Saturday, April 22 before the event begins, and help during the event. Please be aware that not all volunteer roles will be provided a sit-down dinner (however, everyone working the event itself will be provided a delicious dinner!). If you have questions, please email auction@charleswright.org for more information.

WHERE DO I GO TO BID?

This year's Spirit Auction, with the exception of live items, will be online. Everything from party dashes, to the silent auction, to our "civvies day scramble" will be on the same site. You can even make a gift to the Fund-A-Need! Since registration is required to bid on all items at the auction, we encourage you to register today!

HOW DO I BID?

This year’s silent auction will use Greater Giving Online Bidding. You can bid using your smartphone or tablet on auction items at the in-person event or virtually. You can also easily track packages by “following” the package activity.

Live Auction and raffle items will be available exclusively live at the in-person auction. Party Dashes will open at the live auction and be offered first to attendees to the Live Auction event. Remaining Party Dash spots will be available for purchase after the Live Auction ends.

Starting on April 7, online bidding will open for silent auction items, the Civvies Day Scramble, and exclusive "Buy it now" items. Check back throughout the week as items will continue to open leading up to April 22. During the Spirit Auction on April 22, if you are attending in person, please make sure you have your smartphone fully charged and are logged in to Greater Giving so you can participate in the Silent and Almost-Live auctions, our Fund-a-need, and events like the signature Civvies and Sundaes Scramble. The night will be fun, and competitive, and you'll want to be ready so you don't miss anything.
